Schema Therapy Diploma

A schema therapy workshop where participants will  learn 

about:

  1. The basic emotional needs. How do early maladaptive schemas develop and how are they maintained? How do they influence adult life?
  2. The ‘’mode-model’’ of inner punitive modes, child modes and dysfunctional coping modes. How are they related to schemas? How does the client’s individual mode-model work?

 

  1. How to identify modes correctly and to overcome dysfunctional coping modes.
  2. An overview on the intervention techniques and how to formulate the case conceptualization.

Healing the Inner Child

This workshop aims at: 

  1. Exploring and healing the relationship between the inner “Child, Adult & Parent.” 
  2. Creating a healthy and balance between them.

Different creative art techniques such  as drawing, painting, and dialogue writing, in addition to meditation and  guided imagery techniques will be used as a tool for reaching the workshop objectives.
