The founder and chairman of the Board of Trustees of Rakhawi Institute for Training and Research (RITR), the founder and president of The Egyptian Association for Group Therapies and Processes (EAGT), the founder of Diwan Psychotherapy Center, the head of the Evolutionary Psychiatry Section of the Arab Federation of Psychiatrists, and the co-chair of IAGP Education Division and a certified trainer of Group Therapy in the International Association for Group Psychotherapy and Group Processes (IAGP) Mona Rakhawy has held many international conferences in the field of group therapy in Egypt and abroad, and has given workshops and trainings worldwide. She has led many initiatives in various fields of mental health and community health, and has several national and international publications in the field.
