Training program “Psychodrama with children in individual and group settings, the method of Alfons Aichinger “

Intro in Method:

This program is created, based on the program of Moreno Institue Stuttgart, by Fabian Blobel, direct disciples of Alfons Aichinger and Walter Holl, the creators of this method.

The Director of the Program is Dr Fabian Blobel.

The program consists of a minimum of 210 hours in an ongoing group plus 212 hrs participation in related special seminars (each 45 minutes) training in the method of Alfons Aichinger and Walter Holl, including personal experience, group dynamics and sociometry; theory and practice of the method in the training group under supervision.

The aim of this formation is to enable participants to use psychodrama in pedagogic or therapeutic areas. This form of children psychodrama can be used in individual, family or group settings.

The program presents a form of children psychodrama therapy which is applied in groups for children (age 5-12 years) with chronic socio-emotional difficulties. Alfons Aichinger and Walter Holl created and developed this method on the base of symbol play during the last thirty years in Germany. It is well recognized and applied in many different curative, health and educational settings and institutions within the German speaking countries.

With this group therapy children are helped to heal their emotional wounds in a joyful way. They are also encouraged to experience different and new forms of symbolic roles and social interactions in a secure group setting. Stimulated and guided by the therapist, the child experiences self healing inventing a role that allows him to act out his greatness fantasies in symbolic play.

The therapists, ideally a man and a woman together, actively participate in the play and intervene within their roles on the symbolic level. In the play the whole range of psychodrama interventions can be used – modified in the manner that they fit in the symbolic level of the play. The therapists also guide the group process by facilitating interactions and by helping to create the story.

Within the group therapy the children are supported to interact in a resource orientated and creative manner. The child can build up his/her social skills and is enabled and empowered to create his/her social interactions in a positive and self secure manner.

Containt:

This training program in an ongoing group is conducted hybrid, meaning four weekends are conducted by Fabian Blobel in Person (4 Days, Thursday to Sunday 8 hrs each day=32hrs) and seven weekends the group is together, but Fabian Blobel will be online conducting the group (2 days times 6 hrs =12) being together in the institute in person.

This training is divided in two parts consisting of 4 weekend-blocks (Friday to Sunday=32 hours each), plus extra seminars.

The first part is mainly focused on the learning to direct and intervene in psychodrama plays and of the self-exploration and caring about the own inner child.

The second part is focused on the understanding of different individual and groupdynamic disturbances and their special interventions.

Modul 1 “Conducting psychodrama with children”:
22 – 25 January 2026: Role-fantasies and fantasies of greatness
Psychodrama techniques – Entering through children games in own role fantasies. Playing own greatness fantasies every participant will feel and learn by playing the children role the possibilities of the psychodrama techniques in the work with children. Training of role exploration and the first group plays

Second weekend 26 – 27 March 2026 (Fabian online): Development of play.
Through the active plays participants will start to conduct psychodramatic interventions with the focus on development of play and friendship.

Third  weekend 24 – 25 April 2026 (Fabian Online): Role development and working with parts. The psychological development through the Morenian view.
Focusing on roles, capacities and resources participants will further learn conducting individual interventions in group situations.

Fourth weekend 30 April – 3 May 2026 (Fabian resent in person): Family reconstruction, individual and group dynamic (within formation group)
Personal work to analyze own patterns and its implications for the conduction of psychodramatic plays.

Fifth weekend 19 – 20 June 2026 (Fabian Online): Training to direct groups.

Modul  2 “Psychodrama with children; individual disorders and disturbances in groups”:

Sixth weekend 17 – 18 July 2026 (Fabian Online):  Group dynamics and difficulties. Understanding and conducting difficult group dynamics

Seventh weekend 14 – 15 August 2026 (Fabian Online): Attachment and Intro to disorders, referat from Trainees about Psychopathologies.

eights weekend 3 – 6 September 2026 (Fabian in person): Understanding disorders and their related fantasies. healing interventions and supporting growth
ninth weekend 9 – 10 October 2026 (Fabian online): Internalizing disorders. Training to explore and support healing and growth
Tenth weekend 13 – 14 November 2026 (Fabian Online): Externalizing disorders Training to explore and support healing and growth
eleventh weekend 3 – 6 December 2026 (Fabian in person): Focus on training and supervision and closure, as well as Indication, criteria for in and exclusion and closure

Extra seminars (32 hours each), minimum 3 out of the following, obligatory working with Adolescents and working with group of parents

• Working with Trauma
• Working with an Aggressive Child
• Working with Adolescents (12-15 years of age)
• Working with Groups of Parents
• Working with Children of Separated Parents

 Candidates for the Training

The training is directed to people who work as therapists, pedagogues/teachers, social workers in all kind of clinical or social areas, and will apply the method within their own professional competence.

Candidates must be physically, emotionally, and intellectually capable of meeting the requirements of the training and practice. They should also possess:

يعرض البرنامج شكلًا من  children psychodrama therapy التي تُطبق في مجموعات للأطفال (من 5 إلى 12 سنة) الذين يعانون من صعوبات اجتماعية وعاطفية مزمنة. قام Alfons Aichinger و Walter Holl بتطوير هذه الطريقة على أساس اللعب الرمزي خلال الثلاثين عامًا الماضية في ألمانيا. وتُعرف وتُطبق على نطاق واسع في العديد من البيئات العلاجية والصحية والتعليمية داخل الدول الناطقة بالألمانية.

من خلال هذه العلاجية الجماعية، يُساعد الأطفال على شفاء جروحهم العاطفية بطريقة ممتعة، ويُشجعون على تجربة أشكال مختلفة وجديدة من الأدوار الرمزية والتفاعلات الاجتماعية في بيئة جماعية آمنة. بتحفيز وإرشاد المعالج، يختبر الطفل الشفاء الذاتي من خلال ابتكار دور يسمح له بتجسيد خيالات العظمة الرمزية.
يشارك المعالجون، ويفضل أن يكونوا رجلًا وامرأة معًا، بنشاط في اللعب ويتدخلون ضمن أدوارهم على المستوى الرمزي. يمكن استخدام جميع تقنيات psychodrama ضمن اللعب، مع تعديلها لتتناسب مع المستوى الرمزي للعبة. كما يوجه المعالجون عملية المجموعة من خلال تسهيل التفاعلات والمساعدة في إنشاء القصة.

ضمن العلاج الجماعي، يتم دعم الأطفال للتفاعل بطريقة إبداعية وموجهة نحو الموارد. يمكن للطفل بناء مهاراته الاجتماعية وتمكينه من خلق تفاعلاته الاجتماعية بطريقة إيجابية وواثقة.

المحتوى:
يتم تنفيذ هذا البرنامج التدريبي في مجموعة مستمرة بنظام هجين، أي أن أربعة أسبوع تُجرى بحضور  Fabian Blobel شخصيًا (4 أيام، الخميس إلى الأحد، 8 ساعات يوميًا = 32 ساعة)، وسبعة أسبوع تكون المجموعة متواجدة معًا ولكن Fabian Blobel Online (2  يوم × 6 ساعات = 12 ساعة).

يُقسم هذا التدريب إلى جزأين يتضمنان 4 أسبوع (الجمعة إلى الأحد = 32 ساعة لكل عطلة)، بالإضافة إلى ندوات إضافية.

• الجزء الأول يركز على تعلم الإرشاد والتدخل في مسرحيات psychodrama، واستكشاف الذات والاعتناء بالطفل الداخلي.
