What is it ?
Description of the workshop
Inside every person there is an “Inner Child”, who by time may be abused or repressed.
Rediscovering this forgotten inner child is very important to the path of our recovery.
Trainers
- Dr. Ahmed Houssini: works at Rakhawy Institute for Training and Research RITR, and has a seventeen years of experience in applying various types of "creative art therapy" (CAT), he participated in writing and directing several plays in "Theater therapy". In 2009 he won a prize for "Creativity in therapy" from Cairo University. He participated in several national and international researches. He presented several workshops,,e.g: Enhancing self-esteem, anger management, coping with stress & anxiety, communication skills, healing of the inner child, Treatment of borderline personality, Toxic relationships.
Goals
- Drawing techniques to explore the inner child.
- Writing techniques to express the inner dialogue between the inner child, adult and parent.
- Meditation and guided imagery techniques.
- Participants will have a workbook that contains basic techniques to approach the inner child.
